Yesterday we had our first ultrasound and it was truly unbelievable! For the past weeks I'd question thinking; is this really true, is it really happening, is there really a baby growing in there? Besides the overtaking all day morning sickness and exhaustion I would of taken a pregnancy test everyday if Kyle would of let me. :) So to lay on that table and look on a screen at the tiny little being that was growing inside of me was amazing. I didn't cry, I just tried to take it all in. To see the little heart fluttering away at 150 beats per minute and to watch Kyle's face stare at the screen in awe was priceless! To see the beginning of our little Pate blew our minds! What an amazing miracle God does! So all looked good and Baby P is measuring at 7 weeks and 2 days! Still have a long ways, but we are going to take it day by day and enjoy the journey, with all the ups and downs!
We decided we would watch and track Baby P grow from the outside as well so here we are at four weeks. I think we are going to do every four weeks for a while then two then when we are close to the end we will more likely do every week. Hope you enjoy!
