28 Weeks = Last Trimester!

Wow I can't believe we are already in our last trimester! Weeks have just flown by. I'm a little late posting the picture as we are now in week 29, but it's only one week late!

I think the most common question I get now is "how are you feeling?" And I must say I really feel great! No more sickness, although the tiredness is starting to come back as I can't seem to get a good nights sleep. I think my body and God are preparing me for whats to come in 11 weeks! I think the only negative pregnancy symptom I'm really having these days is heart burn! I feel like I live on tums and am about to try pepcid. Everything causes it and it happens all throughout the day, it's really not fun, but I'm thankful there is medicine I can take for it! I'm still working out 4-5 times a week and I'm still rockin' the heels to work! So overall I feel really good! He moves like jagger all the time and my belly is beginning to "pop."

Lots has happened in the past 4 weeks! Zeke has an amazing and excited Godmother, my dear friend Beth (we've been friends for over 20 years), all the furniture is finished and in his room, we registered, had Thanksgiving and did our first Turkey Trot! All exciting and amazing things!

All I have left to do for Zeke's room is to finish up some craft projects, get everything hung on the walls or put on the bookshelf and organized! Once I get it all complete I'll do a nursery post with lots of pictures! I'm really excited for his room and I'm completely in love with it! I'm thankful to Kyle, Waynette and Chris, and Denise for all their help! It's coming together exactly how I had imagined!

We had an ultrasound on Monday and Zeke is weighing in at 2 lbs. and 12 oz. They estimate he will be somewhere between 6.5 and 7 lbs when he makes his big debut! Everything looks great and we are both healthy! I passed the glucose test with flying colors and now we just need him to finish baking over the next 11 weeks. :) I was telling Kyle it's crazy to think he will triple in size over the next 3 months and Kyle's response was "wow your belly is going to get really big..." my response to him, well it's not blog approved so I'll let you use your imagination ;-) Sometimes I think he forgets he should use a filter while I'm pregnant!

I am lucky to get 2 weeks off for Christmas so my plan is to finish all my crafts and gets lots of sleep, or try to ha! I have one week all to myself as Kyle will still be in school and I'm pretty excited to have the house all to myself for 5 full days, although I do have a doc appointment, a consultation with a pediatrician and a nail appt. so I'll be staying busy!

I hope everyone has a very Merry Christmas and remembers the reason for the season!

Let it snow!
